Did you know that Halloween is not a standard holiday included Washington parenting plans?

In Parenting Plans in the State of Washington, the holiday schedule, found in Section 10, determines visitation between parents and children on holidays.  Standard holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas are included by default in every Parenting Plan; however, if you want visitation with your children on Halloween, then it needs to be included in the holidays.

Too often important holidays like Halloween are absent, leaving many parents without a remedy to see their children on Halloween.
